RODO information clause obligation

Every data subject has the right to obtain information on the principles of data processing and data security, as well as control of data processing, pursuant to Based on Article 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council EU 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Your personal data will be processed in order to answer the question asked in the contact form and to present an offer if a person giving consent asks for it.

The legal bases for the processing of your personal data are: Regulation of the European Parliament and EU Council 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as the General Data Protection Regulation Personal Data Protection Regulation (RODO):
   • in order to answer questions via the contact forms on the website on the basis of Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a RODO (the data subject has consented to the processing of his/her personal data, which is in order to resolve the matter)
   • for the purpose necessary to fulfil a legal obligation, e.g. resulting from tax or accounting regulations pursuant to Article 6(6)(c)
4. Personal data storage period:
   1. Personal data processed for the purpose of entering into or performing a contract and fulfilling Administrator's legal obligations we will store for the duration of the contract, and thereafter for the period necessary to:

If you believe that Handsman Sp. z o.o., as the controller, processes your personal data in a manner that violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
